About the Founder

Val Marks, PA-COHC Founder & CEO, Consultant Val Marks is the founder and CEO of Marks Management, Inc., bringing a unique blend of medical expertise, operational leadership, and safety consulting to the world of transportation and logistics. 

A graduate of Long Island University with a B.S. in Biology, Val went on to earn her degree in Physician Assistant Studies from City University of New York, York College. She established herself as a respected Spine & Orthopedic Physician Assistant before expanding her reach into corporate safety and compliance. With over 15 years of experience as a Safety Consultant specializing in occupational injury prevention and hearing conservation, and 7 years as Vice President of Transportation & Logistics. 

Val leads with a commitment to excellence, employee well-being, and operational integrity. Avidly passionate about bridging medicine and aviation, Val is also a dedicated humanitarian, spending time feeding the homeless and advocating for underserved communities. 

Outside of her professional work, she enjoys traveling the world, creating art that celebrates the human body, and exploring a wide range of musical genres. “True leadership is built on purpose, service, and the courage to connect disciplines for greater impact.”
